Being Happy Series - Part One

18:00

I'm really excited to start this new series (don't worry I've got Berlin Part Two coming up this week too). I realised I haven't written much about my anxiety and trichotillmania in quite a while, why? Mainly because I feel like I've got it under control for the first time in a while, so I wanted to share with you my continuing journey into "Being happy", and exploring new ways which I can keep up with it. So with this in mind, I once again decided to begin the #100happydays challenge, as it seemed to fit in nicely with writing this series.

Here are my first two entries:

Day 1 - Colouring in for Grown-Ups

Day 2 -Rediscovering leggings that I love
I'll try and include regular updates of my challenge but you can follow it on my instragram via @bad_bambi . I'd love for you all to join me on my journey of appreciating any small things.

So, this post is more of an introduction into this series, the next post will be something more specific, as will the rest of the series. If you have any suggestions on products/techniques I should try out for this series of 'Being Happy' let me know, I'd love to try lots of new things out! I want to share new and old techniques/products with you so there is a great mixture of content for this series. I really hope you'll love reading this as much as I'll enjoy writing and exploring this as it's something I'm really passionate about.

I want to leave you with one bit of advice, something I try to live my life by.

No matter how bad a day or week is, there is always some positive or happy, it doesn't matter how small. Just remember that no matter how bad it may seem there will always be something good about today or something right around the corner.

Basically, no matter how terrible a day I may be having I try to focus on something good that did happen that day or week and remember it isn't all that bad and there is things I can be happy about.

Next post up will be the very long awaited Berlin Series - Part Two

See you very soon
